Clear terms, no surprises.

How buying, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and Extra Products work.

1. Terms of sale

Materialistic-Invest sells physical products. It is not an investment, savings, lending or financial-return product.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are confirmed when your order is placed and may change before payment if a listing error occurs; we will contact you before charging any difference.
An order is accepted once payment is received in full. We may cancel and fully refund an order if stock becomes unavailable.

Payments are processed securely by PayFast (card, Instant EFT and other PayFast methods). We never see or store your card details.
Your order updates automatically once PayFast confirms the payment. Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

We deliver within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are shown on the order and depend on stock and location; large assets usually take 5–15 business days.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed before payment. Installation is only included where the listing says so.
Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note. You will receive delivery updates in your account notifications.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return transport may be for your account unless the item is defective or incorrect.
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Custom-built or installed items (for example structures or boreholes) may not be cancelled once work has started.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.

All goods carry a minimum 6-month warranty against defects under the Consumer Protection Act, plus any longer manufacturer warranty shown on the listing.
Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation by third parties, normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Qualifying purchases may unlock one or more Extra Products, including multiple products, subject to transaction terms and availability.
Extra Products have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Some Extra Products may be confirmed after the order is placed.
If the qualifying asset is returned or refunded, the related Extra Products must be returned unused, or their value may be deducted from the refund.

We collect only the details needed to process your order, deliver it and support you: name, contact details and delivery address.
We share these only with payment and delivery partners to fulfil your order. We do not sell your information.
